The Public Health Programme seeks to address the different health challenges affecting southern Africa, ensuring that the response to health challenges is driven by the most affected. The programme use an integrated approach to drive debate on sexual and reproductive health and rights issues, HIV and AIDS, SRHR for Sexual Minority Groups, Maternal Health, Nutrition and Food security, and poor health delivery of health services. The programme uses different platforms and different approaches to sufficiently empower the communities and different groups to adequately get involved to improve their health,  to empower the poor and marginalized with information to identify the social, cultural, economic, political, environmental factors that hinder access to services, and highlighting the role different stakeholders can play in addressing them.
