1. Mr. Parkie Mbozi - Regional Director

Mr. Mbozi is the Regional Director of the Panos Institute Southern Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree [1986-1990] and a Masters Degree [1994-1996] in Mass Communication from the University of Zambia.

Mr. Mbozi directs PSAf’s strategic intitatives throughout the region, interfaces with partners and donors, and guides the PSAf vision of cultivating an informed and inclusive environment for public policy debate and enabling marginalised populations to play an active role in the decision-making processes that drive development.

2. Pamela Makama - Finance and Administration Manager

Ms. Pamela Makama is the finance and Administration Manager for PSAf. She is fully qualified ACCA member, she also holds a certificate in PITMANS Advanced book-keeping and accounts, a certificate in Data processing management and operations certificate in international computers

3. Mr. Harry Chaonsa IT Manager

Mr. Chaonsa is the IT Manager for PSAf. Currently Studying BSc (HONS) in Computing (Greenwich University) He holds IMIS Higher National Diploma –Information Technology Management [2005]; IMIS Diploma –Information Technology Management [2005]; Certificate in Microsoft SQL Server [2004]; Certificate Oracle 9i DBA [2003]; Certificate –IT project Management [July 2003] Certificate Oracle developer /Forms [1996-1997]; Certificate Cobol Programming [1995]

4. Lillian Chigona – HIV/AIDS Regional Program Manager

Ms. Chigona holds a Bachelor of Arts [Humanities] degree from the University of Malawi [2000], Certificate in Investigating, Monitoring and Reporting Human Rights Violations from the University of Oxford and Fahamu, and Introduction to Human Rights.

5. Mr. Eneya Maseko - Regional Manager - Natural resource Management

Mr. Eneya Maseko is the Regional Manager - Natural resource Management for PSAf. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Library and Information studies from the University of Zambia [2004] and Degree of Master of Arts from Leeds[2006]

6. Martin Mpakateni – Finance and Administrative Officer

Mr. Martin Mpakateni is the finance officer for PSAf. He holds a Certificate in Accounting Technician Diploma [final] from National Institute of Public Administration, currently studying Management Business Administration with MANCOSA.

7. Mr. Gillies Kasongo - Programme officer

Mr. Kasongo is the Programme officer for the PSAf Media Pluralism and ICTs Programme. He holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication Degree [Broadcasting Major]; Psychology [Minor] from University of Zambia, 2004.

8. Rostant M. Hambwalu- Transport Officer

Mr. Hambwalu holds a diploma in transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport [UK] Certificate in Transport Economic and Finance Managing Transport, Human Resource Management, Project Movement of Goods

9. Mr. Binion Kapoma - Acting Coordinator [ZaCoMef]

Mr. Kapoma is Acting Coordinator of the Zambia Community Media Forum [ZaCoMeF]. He holds Bachelor of Mass Communication Degree [Print Major]; Development Studies [Minor] from Univeristy of Zambia 2002.

10. Daniel Msoka - Programme Officer

Mr. Msoka is the programme Officer Media Development and ICT Programme. He holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication Credit from the Unversity of Zambia 1993.

11. Catherine Mukange

Ms. Mukange is the Administrative Assistant for PSAf. She holds a Certificate in Psycho-social counseling skills Levels 1 & 2 [Kara Counseling Centre], Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel [Zambia Business Management and Accountancy Training Centre], Certificate in Management Course for Materials [Zambia Business Management and Accountancy Training Centre], Certificates in Human Resource Management Levels 1 & 2 [University of Zambia], Certificate in Front office Management [Career Prospects Limited], Certificate in Secretarial Services [Nkumbi International College]

12. Tino Mulenga Thole - Program Officer for Global Aids Program

Ms. Tino Thole Mulenga is the Program Officer for Global Aids Program for Psaf. She holds a Bachelor of adult Education from the University of Zambia, Certificate in Library studies from Evelyn Hone College

13. Andrew Chisanga

Mr. Andrew Chisanga is the Accounts Assistant for Psaf. Andrew holds a National Accounting Technician certificate and currently doing the final stage at Zambia Institute of Certified Accountants.

14. Mr. Peter Mubamba - Driver

Mr. Mubamba is the Driver for PSAf. He holds a certificate in MS-DOS, MS-WINDOWS 98, MS-WORD2000, MS-EXCEL 2000, MSACESS 2000 AND POWERPOINT [2003]

Mr. Mubamba makes sure PSAf staff get where they need to go in a safe and timely fashion.
