The PSAf Board Member for Mozambique is Ms. Elisa Da Piedade Jeremias Martins Dabula holds a Degree in Legal Sciences from the ISPU (Polytechnic and University Institute), and several professional qualifications in management.
Ms. Martins Dabula professional experience spans over two decades. She is currently an Advisor to the Board of Mozambique National broadcaster, TVM, responsible for Administration for Cooperation and International Affairs. Since 2001, she has held a number of senior management positions at TVM. These include serving as Program Director, Head of Department of projects and events in the Directorate of Planning, Projects & Events, and Head of the Commercial Department. During this time, she has been instrumental in TVM’s engagement with various regional and international stakeholders. Ms. Martins Dabula has also held international leadership positions such as being a member of the Public Broadcasters International Steering Committee, vice chairperson of the Marketing Committee of the African Union of Broadcasters, and Southern African Broadcasters Association (SABA) content sharing focal point.
Prior to joining TVM, Ms. Martins Dabula worked at institutions that include NSJ Training Centre in Maputo, OMNIPRO Mozambique, and CFI Vocational Training Centre.
